Why wait for sweet 16 when you can throw an over-the-top birthday bash for a 1-year-old?
That seemed to be the thinking Saturday behind North West's first birthday party, which Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and the rest of the family dubbed "Kidchella." According to TMZ, the fiesta, a kids' version of the Coachella Music and Arts Festival, featured a Ferris wheel, several music stages, face-painting and hair-braiding.
