Kim from 'Housewives' in legal fight with publicist

"Real Housewife of Atlanta" Kim Zolciak lit up the gossip websites with two revelations this past week. First, The New York Daily News reported that Kim's on-again/off-again married boyfriend known on the show as "Big Poppa" may appear in the Bravo reality show's second season, which the paper says has started filming.

And why would he appear? According to the report, "'Poppa' has left his regular residence to shack up with his lady love and her two daughters, we're told."

Meanwhile, E!Online is reporting that Zolciak is in a legal tussle with her own publicist Jonathan Jaxson over the website KimZolciakOnline.com.

According to the report:

"The brash blonde claims Jaxson changed the password and security settings so she couldn't access the site and then posted a litany of lies about her."

But E!Online also has the publicist's side of the story:

"Jaxson filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against the aspiring country songstress Feb. 23 for $15,000 in back fees, claiming she had stopped paying his monthly retainer fee, thereby immediately voiding their contract.

"And furthermore, Jaxson's rep says, he owns the website Zolciak has accused him of hijacking."
