Kanye West has joined Instagram.

The rapper posted his first photo to the social media platform on Sunday.

The photo shows a scene from 1990's "Total Recall," which stars Arnold Schwarzenegger. The science fiction action film follows a construction worker who has disturbing dreams about Mars and a mysterious woman there. The movie features a taxi, like the one in West's post, that is operated by a robot with artificial intelligence.

The captionless image reflected West's mysterious reputation.

West previously said that if he were to create an Instagram account, "no one can ask (him) or try to tell (him) what to" post on the platform.

As of Monday afternoon, West had nearly 1 million followers. He had followed no one back -- not even his wife.

West's wife, Kim Kardashian-West, had the most Instagram followers across the platform in 2015. She currently has nearly 83 million followers.

It's unclear if West posted his first photo to Instagram using an iPad, but he tweeted Wednesday that he got rid of his phone so he "can have air to create."
