George Clooney is known to be one of the nicest celebrities in Hollywood, and this story only proves that even more.
He and his wife, Amal Clooney, recently adopted a terrier that was seized from the home of a hoarder.
According to the Ohio animal rescue center that cared for him, Nate, the terrier, was born with several deformities, which causes him to walk abnormally.
"When we took Nate to adoption events, people would stare and kids would point. Several people applied to adopt him but then said no when they met him," said a shelter representative.
Late last year, the shelter got a phone call from Angel, Clooney's personal assistant.
She told the shelter Clooney had see photos and videos of Nate online and decided to pup would be the perfect Christmas present for his parents, Nina and Nick Clooney. Their terrier had recently died.
The dog was delivered to his parents' home on Christmas Eve. His mother was so excited, she began to cry.
