Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter is in trouble with the law.
Carter was arrested Wednesday night at Hog's Breath Saloon in Key West, Florida, E! News reported.
There are reports that Carter was involved with a fight at the bar.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff's department's arrest log, Carter was charged with one misdemeanor count of battery - touch or strike.
Carter competed in the latest season of "Dancing with the Stars."
He and his wife Lauren Kitt are expecting their first child together.
The gender reveal was done during an episode of "Dancing with the Stars."
The couple announced they are expecting a baby boy.
