ET can confirm that the DEA is serving a warrant at the Mickey Fine Pharmacy & Grill in Beverly Hills in connection to the Michael Jackson death investigation.

The DEA tells us they arrived at the pharmacy at 11:50 a.m. and are looking for evidence of improper dispensing of controlled substances.

Earlier this month, authorities raided a Las Vegas pharmacy seeking evidence that Jackson's former personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray or his employees "administered, prescribed, obtained, transferred, sold, distributed, and/or bought" the anesthetic Propofol, according to the search warrant.
