Less than a week after Amber Heard filed for divorce from actor Johnny Depp, she has filed a restraining order against him.
The order comes as part of accusations that Heard was a victim of domestic abuse victim by Depp.
A restraining order was filed and a judge in Los Angeles has ordered Depp to stay at least 100 yards away from his estranged wife, The Associated Press reported.
Heard said Depp threw her cellphone at her during a fight Saturday at their apartment, according to a sworn statement.
The result was a bruised eye, of which photos have been submitted as evidence.
However, TMZ reported that, according to police, there was no evidence of injuries and the two only had a verbal argument.
People reported that during the filing of the domestic violence restraining order, the incident was "not an isolated event."
Accusations follow that Depp offered Heard money to remain silent about the alleged abuse.
The AP reported that Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carl H. Moor ruled under the restraining order Depp should not try to contact Heard.
Heard is seeking spousal support from Depp. She filed Monday, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple's date of separation was listed as Sunday.
Depp and Heard have not commented on the latest development, but a rep for Depp did issue a statement about the divorce Thursday:
"Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life. Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly."
