The organic farmers offer a varied selection of winter greens, root vegetables, hardy herbs and cabbages, while cheese and meat producers bring their product.

I get the appeal of Last Chance Kitchen on “Top Chef.” I really do. Sometimes the right chef is sent home for the wrong reasons, and this gives them a shot at redemption.
