The best thing about Mondays is they signal a fresh start. No matter what happened the week before, Monday is small chance to start anew.

And, there are plenty of events going on to make sure this week is a great one.

From a Beyonce concert to a film festival designed to tell stories from within the LGBT community, here are five things to do this week in metro Atlanta:

Beyonce

Fans who missed Beyonce’s concert earlier this year will have an opportunity to get into formation on Sept. 26 when the singer returns to the Georgia Dome. And, let’s be honest, there will probably be a few people who attended the previous show in attendance, too.

Ghost the Musical

Fans of "Ghost" will get to see the story from the popular 1990 film told on a stage this week. The Georgia Ensemble Theatre opened their 24th season with a version of the musical that features new acoustic orchestrations.

Atlanta’s oldest LGBT film festival will once again offer eight days of screenings. While a festival pass will cost $160, you can see three films for $30 or pay $11 for individual screenings. Tickets will go on sale Sept. 1.
