Piedmont Park Arts Festival. The Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces hosts this festival of arts and crafts, now in its third year. Artists and artisans will display their works along paths in the park. Activities on Saturday include an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for Longest Human Chain to Pass a Hula Hoop.  The Imperial Opa Circus will perform. Sunday includes a Sunday Funday Corn Hole Tournament. Both days include art, live music, family fun, food trucks and the Summer Craft Beer Experience. 10 a.m. Aug. 17; 11 a.m. Aug. 18. Free.
