The Rome Braves will open the 2014 season on the road April 3, with their first home game of the 2014 on April 10 against the Savannah Sand Gnats, an affiliate of the New York Mets.

As part of the opening home stand festivities, the Braves plan a Travel Mug giveaway on Friday April 11. Post-game fireworks are planned for Saturday, April 12.
Other important dates in the Rome Braves 2014 season:
Saturday, March 29: The Atlanta Braves will play an exhibition game at 2:05 p.m. The game is sold out.
Memorial Day Weekend: The Rome Braves have home games vs. Greeensboro May 24-25 and play West Virginia Monday, May 26.
Friday, July 4: The Rome Braves have an away game. They are at home on Thursday, July 3.
Monday, Sept. 1: Last regular season game.
