ATL artists ready for MTV-VMAs

TI and Gnarls Barkley are among Atlanta artists ready for MTV's Video Music Awards Show.

Atlanta Rapper Bow Wow was also on MTV's "Total Request Live" in early September.

Atlanta singer Ne-Yo performed on MTV's "Total Request Live" in June.

Atlanta rapper Young Jeezy was on "Total Request Live"in early September. Here, he talks with MTV VJ Lyndsey Rodrigues about "The Recession," his CD released that week.

After his TRL appearance, Young Jeezy headed back home to Atlanta, where he appeared in concert the next night at the Tabernacle.

Atlanta R&B star Usher was nominated for Best Male Video at the MTV-VMAs. He appeared on TRL in late May. Usher recently announced his "One Night Stand" tour that will travel to about 15 intimate venues.

Atlanta rapper T-Pain appeared on "Total Request Live" in early September.
