On the centennial anniversary of the birth of famed photographer Gordon Parks, the Arnika Dawkins Gallery, in collaboration with Jackson Fine Art, is hosting a show of Parks’ cardinal “The Segregation Portfolio.” The exhibit highlights Parks’ 1956 series for Life magazine, a series that depicted everyday experiences of segregation in the Deep South.
