Making the trains run on time in this Kennesaw Civil War museum

Curators carefully study the history of the Civil War.

Mike Bearrow is curator of the Southern Museum of Civil War & Locomotive History in Kennesaw. As a Civil War historian, he struggles to present an accurate and fair picture of the war. But Civil War-related topics are still hotly debated.

Bearrow checks out one of the "Portraits in Gray," a photography exhibit on display through Dec. 30. The collection of Civil War-era photographs belongs to Atlantan David Wynn Vaughan.
