Nominees for Lead Actress in a Comedy Series are: Laura Linney for Cathy Jamison in "The Big C," Edie Falco as Jackie Peyton in "Nurse Jackie," Amy Poehler as Leslie Knope in "Parks and Recreation," Melissa McCarthy as Molly Flynn in "Mike and Molly," Martha Plimpton as Virginia Chance in "Raising Hope" and Tiny Fey as Liz Lemon in "30 Rock."

Nominees for Lead Actor in a Comedy Series are: Matt LeBlance as himself in "Episodes," Jim Parsons as Sheldon Cooper in The Big Bang Theory, Steve Carell as Michael Scott in The Office, Johnny Galecki as Leonard Hofstadter in The Big Bang Theory, Louis C.K. as Louie in Louie and Alec Baldwin as Jack Donaghy in 30 Rock.

Nominees for Lead Actor in a Drama Series are: Steve Buscemi as Nucky Thompson in Boardwalk Empire, Michael C. Hall as Dexter Morgan in Dexter, Kyle Chandler as Coach Eric Taylor in Friday Night Lights, Jon Hamm as Don Draper in Mad Men, Hugh Laurie as Dr. Gregory House in House and Timothy Olyphant as Raylan Givens in Justified.

Nominees for Outstanding Drama Series are: HBO's Boardwalk Empire, CBS's The Good Wife, AMC's Mad Men, DirecTV's Friday Night Lights, Showtime's Dexter and HBO's Game of Thrones.

Nominees for Lead Actress in a Drama Series are: Elizabeth Moss as Peggy Olson in Mad Men, Connie Britton as Tami Taylor in Friday Night Lights, Mariska Hargitay as Detective Olivia Benson in Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, Mireille Enos as Sarah Linden in The Killing, Julianna Margulies as Alicia Florrick in The Good Wife and Kathy Bates as Harriet Harry Korn in Harry's Law.

Nominees for Outstanding Comedy Series are: Fox's Glee, NBC's Parks and Recreation, NBC's The Office, ABC's Modern Family, NBC's 30 Rock and CBS's The Big Bang Theory.

Nominees for Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Series are: Comedy Central's "The Colbert Report," NBC's "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon," NBC's "Saturday Night Live," TBS's "Conan," HBO's "Real Time with Bill Maher" and Comedy Central's "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart."

Nominees for Outstanding Reality-Competition Program are: Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance," CBS's "The Amazing Race," Lifetime's "Project Runway," Fox's "American Idol," ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" and Bravo's "Top Chef."
