Renaissance Walk is a condo community located in Atlanta. They offer a lease-purchase program.

"It's very spacious and very unique, with lots of closet space, and I really liked that I could personalize the space by painting it," said Rhoden. This living room area of a model unit gives potential residents an idea of how their own units can look.

Architectural features like the entry hall's hardwood floors and the staggered ceiling heights keep the units from feeling cookie-cutter.

Tiffany Rhoden knew about the condos at Renaissance Walk because she had been interested in purchasing there while they were under construction. Last fall she was helping a friend do some apartment shopping when she wanted to show him what the condos looked like. She and her friend discovered that the condos were offering a lease/purchase program - rent a condo and then purchase that one or another available unit at the end of the leasing period.

The clubhouse offers residents a great place to entertain friends. "I"m definitely planning to buy here, and at $176,000 for this unit, it's a great price," said Rhoden. "My friends love to meet here before we go somewhere else since the location is so great, right in the middle of everything."

Rhoden is an advisor with New York Life and her office is off Glenridge Drive. Renaissance Walk is just off I-75/85 and a few blocks from I-20. The location makes it easy to get anywhere she needs to go. She's been there five months and enjoys walking to her gym at Georgia State and taking advantage of the building's amenities like the pool and sky viewing deck.
