Randy and Casey Schiltz moved their family to Milton in 2015, after someone knocked on their door offering to buy their home in Cumming's Vickery neighborhood. The pantry, also known as Randy and Casey Schiltz's "dirty kitchen," has additional cabinetry topped with Carrera marble, along with a sink and a second dishwasher. A door separates the main kitchen from the "dirty kitchen" and allows the homeowners to keep dishes out of sight during a party, until they are ready to clean up. Next to the cabinets, the door trim marks the growth of every member of Randy and Casey Schiltz's family over the years, including their chocolate lab Charlie. Casey Schiltz didn't want to overpower the master bedroom, so she chose a linen upholstered headboard and natural linen drapes from Creative Threads. Two round end tables on either side of the bed are family heirlooms. The marble-topped table was passed down from Casey's grandmother, while the other is a 200-year-old table passed down through generations to her husband Randy from his great, great aunt. For her room, Randy and Casey Schiltz's youngest daughter, Meredith, wanted a platform bed like the teenage daughter Teddy in Disney's show, "Good Luck Charlie."
