Artist Lawrence Taylor, who focuses on gardenscapes, painted the piece that provides the focal point in the Kanov's living room. The sculpture on the table is a companion piece to the piece above the bed in the master bedroom.

The interior selections for Mark and Sara Kanov's 2,700-square-foot condo in the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Atlanta don't block the expansive views of Midtown, downtown Atlanta, Stone Mountain, Kennesaw Mountain and neighboring buildings in Buckhead. An older dining room table, which was moved from their former house, has been paired with eight new dining room chairs by Bernhardt in the spacious dining area. The artwork on the wall is by Atlanta artist Susie Pryor.

Mark and Sara Kanov, who moved into the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Atlanta earlier this year, have furnished their 2,700-square-foot condo provides views of Buckhead, Midtown, downtown Atlanta, Stone Mountain and Kennesaw Mountain.

An island provides more seating and counter space in a kitchen that's equipped with Viking appliances. The cabinets received an updated look when the Kanovs replaced the hardware.

A large mirror, adjacent to a photograph of a barn by Fredric Shore, a fine art photographer, provides unique views of the entryway to the Mark and Sara Kanov's condo.

The table in the entryway was made from a cast iron balcony railing and fitted with a granite top. The Kanovs bought the piece years ago in the New York City neighborhood of SoHo. The plates are porcelain and taller piece is Versace, which was presented to Mark Kanov when he worked for Star 94.

The master bathroom is "very spacious," Mark Kanov says, and features an all-glass shower and a marble tile floor. "I didn't want anything dark and dreary," he said.

The artwork hanging above the bed in the master bedroom was custom made by Jutta Golas, a Colorado-based ceramic artist. "The flowers can be removed and substituted with flowers of different colors," Mark Kanov said.

The condo's floor-to-ceiling windows extend to the master bedroom, which also has a balcony that offers the Kanovs a private escape.

Mark and Sara Kanov had lived in a house in Sandy Springs for 15 years before moving to a condo overlooking Buckhead in the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Atlanta earlier this year.
