The kitchen features Gaggenau appliances, including a refrigerator with a bottom freezer, quartz countertops, a Dornbracht faucet and a stainless steel backsplash that provides a sharp contrast to the deep red walls. Floor-to-ceiling windows have custom shades from LLA Design Associates and provide a city view from the kitchen.

Chrome stools with black leather seats from By Design Furniture provide seating at an island in the condo. Jordan Schafer likes hanging out at the island, although he said he doesn't often cook. A built-in Gaggenau wine cooler is to the left of the island.
