The "family time tree" is embellished with pictures in bronze frames that represent family members who have died, along with classic clocks that reflect the holidays are about time to enjoy family, Katie McMahon said. Most of the items in the Christmas village came from Lowe's. The collection started with a lighthouse that Scott McMahon purchased for Katie, after proposing at a lighthouse in Aruba. "Each year he gives me a piece. We've added together some that we fell like are important," Katie McMahon said. In fact, each time there's a new member of their family, they add a piece into the village to represent that person, including grandchildren A.J., Aidyn and Addison.
