The Kings Bridge Point subdivision allowed the Tiras to be involved in local events and the arts community, such as events at the Mable House Arts Center and Mable House Amphitheatre.

The Tiras and other families that have moved into the neighborhood have created a social community with cookouts and pool parties.

Kathy Tira spoke about their homes unique floor plan. "I fell in love with the layout of the home and we were involved in every aspect of the building of the home," she said.

The master bedroom has a retreat with a sitting area that is great for relaxing and reading a book, Helmi Tira said.

The attic in Helmi and Kathy Tira's Mableton home is a livable space. The couple transformed the space to include a full-size media room, a bedroom and bathroom, and a bar that makes it ideal for entertaining. "We have a true attic floor plan, which means our attic is a livable space.

Mableton is the perfect fit for our family, Helmi Tira said. We really feel that we live in a community that will grow with us.

The house is near major attractions, such as Six Flags and the Silver Comet Trail.
