The-Dream, also known as Terius Dash, has put his $1.5 million Atlanta home on the market, according to Realtor.com.

The four-time Grammy Award winner has written and produced songs for the likes of Beyonce (2009 song of the year, "Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It"), Jay-Z, Mariah Carey and Justin Bieber.

Dash's five-bedroom, five-bathroom, 3,993-square-foot Buckhead home has an exercise room, theater room and in-ground pool.
