Boomers flock to Village at Deaton Creek
The Village at Deaton Creek, Atlanta's top-selling new home subdivision in 2007, has been nominated for a top design award by the National Association of Home Builders' 50+ Council. This active adult community is drawing new residents from far and wide for the experience of developer Del Webb's signature leisure lifestyle for homeowners over age 55.

Del Webb developed the Village at Deaton Creek in Hoschton near Chateau Elan, a growing community of about 800 aimed squarely at retired or semi-retired boomers. The company pioneered the concept of retirement living a half-century ago.
