1010 Midtown is a residential high-rise offering luxury condos located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta.

The curved design of the 1010 Midtown building and its location as the cornerstone of the Midtown Mile offer residents terrific city views and convenient access to shopping, dining, nightlife and outdoor activities. 1010 Midtown is the first phase of the 12th & Midtown mixed-use project.

One of the breathtaking features at 1010 Midtown are the "window walls" that provide spectacular city views in almost every room. Pictured here is the living room of a model unit.

Kitchens feature granite countertops, wood cabinetry and energy-efficient appliances. Residents can also choose to have their home wired for home automation to assist with daily tasks.

A separate dining area is part of the open floor plan at 1010 Midtown. Each meal is certain to offer a magnificent view.
