Legendary Midtown recording studio hits the market for $1.3M

This Midtown combination office and studio is unique in every sense of the word.

The $1.3 million freestanding structure is adjacent to the Beltline and Piedmont Park. It's also the site of what used to be a "legendary" recording studio called Purple Dragon. The studio is known for recording music by Elton John ("Peachtree Road"), Lenny Kravitz and The Black Crowes.
