Tyler Perry executive produces four OWN TV shows and multiple movies any given year.

Yet the Atlanta mogul still manages to squeeze in time for acting gigs, including a well-regarded turn as a smarmy lawyer on last year's "Gone Girl." His latest: a role on the upcoming "Teenage Ninja Mutant Turtles 2."

Perry will play a scientist named Baxter Stockman, a character who made his debut in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic book and later appeared in the 2003 and 2012 animated TV series. The character briefly appeared in the 2014 film, but was played by actor K. Todd Freeman.

Perry, who already has his own studio in Atlanta, has a deal to add more studio space at Fort McPherso by purchasing 330 acres there.
