Stevie J, on the show "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta," thinks he can get out of trouble with a wink, a smile and a joke.

That charm offensive may work on his girlfriend Joseline Hernandez but not so much on the court system: TMZ reports that a grand jury indicted him for not paying more than $1 million in child support. He was first thrown in jail last June for that offense and now faces two years in prison, which would further crimp his ability (if not his desire) to pay that down. TMZ said he will be arraigned Feb. 10.

The hip-hop producer was caught doing pot and blow, breaking probation, the website said. The authorities, the story said, forced him into 30 days of rehab, too.

How will "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta" deal with all this? We won't know for a few months. The popular VH1 show itself is now in production for season four but isn't set to air for a few months.

He and Joseline are arguably the most popular characters on the show. Joseline's attack on Benzino and Althea during the reunion show last year led directly or indirectly to the latter couple's departure from the show.
