NEW YORK, NY - SEPTEMBER 10: Porsha Stewart attends ESPN Fashion Week - Revenge of the Jocks at The Box at Lincoln Center on September 10, 2013 in New York City. (Photo by Jeff Schear/Getty Images for ESPN) Porsha Williams is having issues with the homeowners association of the condo she used to own in Buckhead.

While on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," Porsha Williams has been in an unseen battle with her former condominium association.

Apparently, before she married and moved in with Kordell Stewart, Williams had lived in a high-rise Buckhead condo at Grandview at Buckhead Heights. According to Nexis, she considered that her residence from October, 2007 to December, 2012. That month, the three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath condo sold in a foreclosure auction for $227,332, according to redfin.com.

Williams was married to former NFL player and current 92.9/The Game radio host Kordell from 2011 until late 2013.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the Grandview Condominium Association sued her in 2012 for nearly $18,000 in unpaid homeowners' dues and has filed new legal papers seeking to garnish her "Real Housewives of Atlanta" wages.

UPDATE 1/24/13: I finally procured some paperwork at the Fulton County courthouse but due to some back office problems, they couldn't track down the most recent garnishment affidavit. They provided me the original order and judgment against Porsha in December, 2012, which showed she owed $13,584.67 in principal, plus another $2,779.08 in attorney's fees, interest and court costs. They tried to garnish her wages in January, 2013 but failed to get any money from a Wells Fargo Bank account because by March, no account was found. RadarOnline said she now owes close to $18,000 because of additional attorney's fees, interest payments and court costs. So the association is attempting yet again to garnish her wages - if they can track down the account with any money in it.

Clearly, the condo offices there have been inundated with calls since the news broke yesterday. A man who identified himself as Rick Stockton said he was informed to say no comment and nothing more, not even generalized information about people who don't pay their homeowners' dues.

This all begs the question, which I don't know the answer to: why didn't she sell her condo after getting married to Kordell? Even if she may have had to sell at a loss, didn't Kordell have enough money to cover it? Why did she let the property get foreclosed on in late 2012 - after she had already started receiving a salary from "The Real Housewives of Atlanta"?

On the show, which was taped several months ago, Williams was booted out of Kordell's home in the spring after he filed for divorce. She moved in with her mom in Decatur. Over the summer, she moved to a ridiculously oversized 8,000 square foot mansion in Duluth near NeNe Leakes in a "lease to own" situation. TMZ said she has since moved back with her mom. Her divorce was recently finalized with Kordell.
