TMZ reported that the federal government is seeking any of Apollo Nida's tangible assets to try to reduce the $1.9 million he owes after ripping off a host of financial institutions and individuals via check fraud and money laundering until he was caught in 2013.

While Nida sits in prison in Kentucky, the feds are seeking Apollo's 2014 Ducati and Yamaha Raptor ATV.  the Ducati prices start at about $14,000. A 2015 Yamaha Raptor ATV starts at $8,799. They were not at his house.

Where are they? Kandi Burruss in this past Sunday's episode mentioned in passing that they were at her house. The feds are now trying to grab those items. Even if they seize them and get, say, $20,000, that still leaves 99 percent more money Nida will have to pay back.

Apollo and Todd Tucker were friends and in fact, that friendship caused tensions between Kandi and Phaedra Parks, Apollo's wife. (There is no sign that Parks has yet divorced Apollo.)
