So far, three Atlanta acts have been featured in the opening round of "America's Got Talent" this season.

No Atlanta act over the first eight years of summer's most popular show has made it into the top 12 that I can recall. (Please correct me if I'm mistaken here but I just don't remember anybody.) If you missed the Atlanta acts, here are their auditions. All three made it through to the next round.

Yolanda Jackson, the twerker:

Adrian Romoff, the youthful genius pianist:

Jasmine Flower, a local ballet group from Johns Creek who work out of the Atlanta Professional Dance Academy:

I'm not sure if any of these acts have an easy pass to the top 12. The Twerker is pure novelty and I doubt we'll see her again. And while Jasmine Flower is pretty, I'm not sure they can change it up enough to keep getting votes with these judges. Danc groups with a lot of people in them don't tend to make it to the finals anyway.

As for Romoff? He's a wild card. He is a mix of novelty (as a prodigal genius) and potentially more if he can up his game.
