Stand-up comic and Streetz 94.5 morning host Shawty Shawty suffered a head-on collision on Sunday, but will be okay, said Steve Hegwood, who owns Streetz.

Shawty departed the hospital today, he said on Instagram.

He wrote he was on the way to church when he experienced a “head on collision in a three car accident broken leg in three places,” he wrote.

He has been a stand up for 20 years and been a regular in local comedy clubs, as well as a nationally touring comedian. Over the years, he has appeared on Nick Cannon's show "Wild-n-Out," "Comic View" and "Showtime at the Apollo." He has toured with Kevin Hart, Katt Williams and D.L. Hughley, among others.

He is currently part of the Streetz morning show with Mo Quick and Yung Joc.

Hegwood isn’t sure when Shawty Shawty will be ready to return to the radio, but he will be back at some point.
