The New York Post's Page Six reported that "Love and Hip Hop Atanta" cast member and music producer Stevie J has been ordered back to rehab followed by home detention for violating the terms of his bail. He failed multiple drug tests and failed to appear at other testing appointments over the summer.

Stevie J was on trial for failure to pay more than $1 million in child support for a son and daughter who lived with their mother in Pennsylvania. This is something that I can't recall was addressed to any degree on the VH1 reality show, which generally paints him in a far more generous light. During the past season, he and Joseline Hernandez broke up but Hernandez was portrayed more as the villain and Stevie J the victim.

He was placed in Fulton County jail in 2014 over the same issues, owing child support for a period of 15 years.

The New York federal judge told Stevie J that if he makes any more mistakes, he will go straight to prison. Afterwards, he told the New York Post the allegations were "lies" and called the federal prosecutors "clowns."
