Sheree Whitfield's never-ending saga regarding her still unfinished Sandy Springs mansion dubbed Chateau Sheree adds a new chapter: another disgruntled contractor.

On January 3, Heritage Landscape Group of Flowery Branch filed a claim in Fulton County Magistrate Court against the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" castmate for $10,012.50 in alleged unpaid bills for landscaping work on Whitfield's home and help getting her get a certificate of occupancy. (No word she has received said certificate.)

The claim, which I was able to procure, said she paid less than half the bill, then said she didn't have the money. Then she told Heritage she was not happy with the work, the claim said.

Whitfield sued a contractor a year ago for $280,000. claiming damage to her home.

The IRS has also filed multiple liens against her totaling about $350,000 in unpaid taxes.

She has been working on this home for more than five years. Although she held a housewarming party October 28 for the Bravo cameras, I have not heard news that she is actually living there. She paid a $1,000 fine to Sandy Springs Municipal Court for not filing proper permits for the party in November after complaints by neighbors.
