The creators of "Archer," who are based here in Atlanta, are working with Netflix on the streaming service's first animated feature "America: The Motion Picture."

The film has begun production.

Channing Tatum is voicing George Washington in what is described as an R-rated revisionist history tale about the founding of the country. No more details have been revealed.

Matt Thompson is directing, according to Deadline.com. He's also producing with his "Archer" co creator Adam Reed along with Brian Callaham, show runner for Amazon's "Jean-Claude Van Johnson."
