In 2009, Donald Trump's "Celebrity Apprentice" featured two Georgia residents at the same time: Hershel Walker and Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins.

Next season's "Celebrity Apprentice" may include three. Two were previously reported.  Page Six of the New York Post revealed photos today showing local "Cosby Show" actress Keshia Knight Pulliam and "Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kenya Moore selling pies as part of the opening challenge for the show in New York City. Both appear to be on the same team.  Their team also includes reality stars Kate Gosselin and Brandi Glanville.

Us magazine also reported that Atlanta rap star and actor Ludacris will be on the other team.

[UPDATE: November, 22, 2014: This ultimately did not come to pass. He is not on the 2015 edition of "Celebrity Apprentice."]

Others reportedly competing include actress Vivica A. Fox, retired gymnast Shawn Johnson, actor Lorenzo Lamas, actor Ian Ziering, "Deadliest Catch' star Sig Hansen, TV host Leeza Gibbons, comic Gilbert Gottfried, Fox News host  Geraldo Rivera, former NFL star Terrell Owens, musician Kevin Jonas, baseball player Johnny Damon and snowboarder Jamie Anderson.

NBC gave the show a season off after disappointing ratings last year for the all-star edition, won by Trace Atkins. It will not air during the 2013-14 season but is expected to return for the 2014-15 season, most likely in January, 2015.

Ludacris participated in a show on the Planet Green channel called "Battleground Earth," partly shot in Atlanta. It aired in 2008.

Here's the story I wrote about it at the time when I visited him at the Park Tavern.

Fellow Atlanta hip-hop star Lil Jon participated on "Celebrity Apprentice" twice, finishing fourth and third, respectively. NeNe Leakes, now on "Dancing With the Stars," took part in "Celebrity Apprentice" in 2011, quitting partway through.
