The never-ending legal battle between former "Cosby Show" star Keshia Knight-Pulliam and retired NFL player Ed Hartwell continues unabated.

The latest, according to papers TMZ got first: the actress is upset that Hartwell is late on child support payments for their five-month-old daugther Ella Grace. She is asking the court to garnish his NFL pension or disability money. She is also asking him to be jailed until he pays up, though it's unclear how that would improve his cash-flow situation.

Hartwell played in the NFL from 2001 to 2006 for the Baltimore Ravens and the Atlanta Falcons. He was on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" for two seasons when he was married to Lisa Wu.

It's hard to believe the former couple got hitched just 17 months ago. The marriage was already on the rocks by summer. Since then, it's been one accusation flung after another in court papers. Since the baby was born earlier this year, he has been seeking joint custody. She has questioned his fitness as a father given his alleged prescription drug use.
