Egypt Sherrod and HGTV have parted ways with "Flipping Virgins" after three seasons. She was both host and an executive producer for the series, which was shot in metro Atlanta.

Sherrod, a professional realtor, taught regular folks new to the art of flipping homes how to go about doing it correctly and (hopefully) profitably. She also helped out with the renovations.

In a text exchange, Sherrod, who had her daughter Harper Skye in Feburary, said pregnancy last year made it difficult for her to shoot the show.

“I enjoyed teaching people how to turn diamonds in the rough into big-time profit. It gave them more control over their financial destiny,’ she wrote. “It was a fun and empowering show.”

She has another project forthcoming, but she said she can’t talk about just yet.

Sherrod and her husband Mike Jackson are on season three of OWN's 'Black Love," which features couples  - some famous, some not so famous - discussing their relationships. "Black Love" airs on Saturday nights at 9 p.m.
