Ed Hartwell files for divorce with Keshia Knight Pulliam after just seven months of marriage

Just a week after "Cosby Kid" Keshia Knight Pulliam announced she was pregnant, presumably with husband Ed Hartwell's child, the former NFL player filed for divorce in Fulton County Superior Court.

They have only been married since the beginning of the year.  And they began dating just last year.

Straight From the A posted the court filing from earlier today but theYBF broke the story. The paperwork says it's "contested," meaning she isn't approving of this situation at all.

Hartwell's motivations are unclear but the timing is curious given the baby situation.  She is due in January, 2017.

UPDATE Tuesday July 26: We finally received the actual complaint, filed in the Fulton County Superior Court July 25. In it, Hartwell wrote: "the marriage is irretrievably broken and there is no possibility of reconciling." He said he may amend the complaint to add more grounds for divorce. 

Hartwell was married for several years to Lisa Wu and appeared for two seasons on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" in 2008 and 2009.
