Atlanta "Hamilton" fans were outraged that Georgia Public Broadcasting was airing high school football tonight instead of a documentary about the runaway hit Broadway musical.

Why? GPB is contractually obligated to air football.

It chose to live stream it online at http://www.gpb.org/hamilton as an alternative.

GPB will air "Hamilton America" at 8 p.m. on Monday, then repeating at 9:30 p.m.
