Atlanta-based CNN debuted 35 years ago and boy, things have changed.

CNN is no longer owned by maverick Ted Turner. It's not that crazy Chicken Noodle Network. It's now an established part of the fabric of media. It's also today a modest (but still very profitable) cog of media behemoth Time Warner in New York, where most of CNN's chief talent and management is based.

The network, once alone in the cable news universe, now faces competition from, well, everybody in the mobile world we live in.

At the same time, CNN has much to be proud of.

But that isn't what this blog entry is about. It's about a blooper reel that CNN compiled featuring some of the goofiest moments in the network's history, including technical snafus, background dancers and Anderson Cooper's giggling fits. (But where's Larry King???)
