I wrote this two weeks in advance before going on vacation so I apologize that I couldn't include many shows that didn't have plot descriptions such as "The Big Bang Theory" and "Game of Thrones," both which have scheduled original airings this week.

This is a quiet week for big new shows coming and going. "Scorpion," "Lucifer" and "Hell's Kitchen" all complete their seasons.

The Kardashians (season 12) on E! and History's USA version of "Top Gear" (season six) are back.
