Katharine McPhee, 35, got married in London to 69-year-old producer David Foster June 28.

They began dating about two years ago and got engaged last year.

This is McPhee’s second marriage. She was married to Nick Cokas for six years. This is Foster’s fifth marriage. His previous wives: B.J. Cook, Rebecca Dyer, Linda Thompson and Yolanda Hadid. He has eight kids.

"Exactly 13 years ago today my very first single, Somewhere Over The Rainbow, was released right after Idol. Today... I’m marrying the man who produced it," McPhee wrote on Instagram. "Life is full of beautiful

coincidences, isn’t it? Thank you for taking me over the rainbow, David.”

Adam Lambert said his latest album has a sound that is deliberately not current top 40, which he said sounds too much the same.

So he listened to a lot of alternative hits by Tame Impala and the Black Keys and others.

Speaking on the “Official Charts: Take The Hit” podcast, he said in “Velvet,” "there's a little bit of Prince and there's a blues thing going on.”

The album is going to come out in two parts. The first part will be out in September. So far, he has released three songs: “New Eyes,” “Comin In Hot” and “Feel Something.”

At PBS’s “A Capitol Fourth,” current “Idol” winner Laine Hardy reprised “Johnny B. Goode.”

Chart update:

Danny Gokey’s third No. 1 Christian AC hit “Haven’t Seen It Yet” holds at the top.

Carrie Underwood’s “Southbound” continues its trip up north to No. 15 on the Mediabase 24/7 country airplay chart.

Scotty McCreery’s “In Between” is going nowhere at No. 44.

Maddie Poppe’s “Made You Miss” is stalled out at No. 24 on the Hot AC chart.

Kelly Clarkson’s “Broken & Beautiful” peaked at No. 12 on the Hot AC chart and has fallen to No. 30.

Fantasia’s latest urban AC hit “Enough” hits No. 6.
