According to Us magazine, former College Park denizen Kenan Thompson got married this past Friday to model Christina Evangeline at the Georgia Aquarium.

The story said the 33-year-old comedian partied with "America's Got Talent" host and actor Nick Cannon, who did some DJ work.

Thompson flew back to New York the next day and performed on "SNL" as usual Saturday night in an episode featuring actress Emma Stone and Coldplay.

Thompson grew up in College Park and attended Tri-Cities High School. He became a Nickelodeon star as part of "Kenan & Kel" in the late 1990s. (Blog commenters below also noted that he attended Woodward Academy as well.) He joined "SNL" in 2003 and has become a staple, with impersonations ranging from Tiger Woods to Herman Cain and his "What's Up With That?" talk-show character.

He got married the same day as Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann: 11-11-11.
