Trisha Yearwood will return to her Georgia roots this weekend with a three-day road trip/album release party.

The country maven’s “Every Girl” album arrives Aug. 30 and to commemorate its release, Yearwood is retracing the drive she made many times early in her career from her hometown of Monticello to Nashville.

Yearwood’s road trip will kick off at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 30 at Monticello Town Square for the official record release party. On Aug. 31, she’ll hit the Atlanta area, with stops planned at the Barnes & Noble in Edgewood (1217 Caroline St. NE) at 11 a.m. and the JC Penney in Kennesaw (400 Ernest W. Barrett Parkway NW) at 3 p.m.

On Sept. 1, Yearwood heads west to Tennessee, stopping in Chattanooga’s Barnes & Noble (2100 Hamilton Place Blvd.) at 11 a.m. before arriving at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville at 4 p.m.

Fans who purchase “Every Girl” at one of the stops will receive a pre-signed autographed copy and photo with Yearwood.

In October, Yearwood will launch her first solo tour in five years, including an Oct. 13 performance at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. For more information, visit www.trishayearwood.com/tour.
