Fans of the Dave Matthews Channel can revel in their special SiriusXM channel permanently.

Dave Matthews Band Radio, usually heard seasonally on Channel 30, will take over the spot on June 18 (let’s hope the satellite provider finds a new home for the rotating Billy Joel Channel).

In addition to playing unreleased concerts, exclusive interviews with the band, hits and other prime content, the channel will also feature guest DJ sets from band members and an “at-home” acoustic performance from Matthews offering songs requested by SiriusXM listeners (more details coming about how to request).

The DMB Radio “Friday Night Concert Series,” which spotlights a complete show from the archives at 8 p.m. every Friday, will also continue. Here is the latest schedule:
