[Congrats to randomly selected winner Mary R. and thanks to all of the "S.O.M." lovers who participated!]

The hills are alive with…free stuff?
Sure, why not?
As we continue to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the film version of "The Sound of Music," let us pause to recall Lady Gaga's superb tribute at the Oscars.
Now let us pause to ponder our favorite song from the Rodgers and Hammerstein-crafted soundtrack (poll alert!).
Got one? OK, good.
If you have many favorite Julie Andrews-crooned songs, perhaps you would like to own the new 50th anniversary version of the iconic soundtrack.
This collection includes an expanded film score, an introduction penned by Andrews, photos and lyric sheets.
If you'd like to add it to your collection – for those of us who still own/prefer CDs – drop me an email at mruggieri@ajc.com by 6 p.m. today (March 19).
The rest of the drill: Please put “Sound of Music” in the subject line. If you put anything else there, I won’t see your email and thus, you have zero chance of winning.
I will randomly select a winner and post the name on this blog entry once I’ve received confirmation. If you are the winner, I will contact you directly. Please enter only once per email address.
There are no prerequisites to win, but if you use Facebook and/or Twitter , I would greatly appreciate a follow.
Good luck!
