Shania Twain coming to Infinite Energy June 4, 2018

This was posted on Friday, August 18, 2017 by RODNEY HO/rho@ajc.com on Melissa Ruggieri's AJC Music Scene blog

Melissa is on vacation so I'm helping out here.

Back in 2015, country megastar Shania Twain intimated that she might not tour anymore and her stop in Atlanta at Philips Arena could have been her last in town. (Check out Melissa's review here. She dubbed it a "slick spectacle.")

But like Cher and the Who, finality isn't always finality. Twain is coming back in 2018 to do a big tour including a stop at Duluth's Infinite Energy Center June 4. Yes, that's nearly 10 months out so plan accordingly. (You could get pregnant and have a baby in the period before she lands at Hartsfield-Jackson.) Tickets go on sale on Friday, August 25 at 10 a.m. Of course, there are pre-sale options as well you can find here.  I haven't seen pricing yet.  I will add more details as they come.

Her first full-blown album in 15 years is coming out next month called "Now." It's scheduled to come out September 29. Her first single is "Swingin' With My Eyes Closed."
