Ciara has unveiled an intense, dramatic stroll through The Rolling Stones’ “Paint It, Black” for the film, “The Last Witch Hunter.”

The action movie starring Vin Diesel arrives Oct. 23.

The Atlanta R&B star admitted to Rolling Stone that she hadn’t thought about covering the song until asked by the movie company behind “Witch Hunter,” but immediately realized it would be an honor to put her spin on a classic rock treasure.

“I feel like it pushes the edge and the limit for me, in reference to what people probably expect from me. So this was so many cool things in one,” Ciara told the magazine, while praising the sleek production work provided by Adrianne Gonzales.
