It’s a joyful day for the Little Monsters.

Lady Gaga will sing the national anthem at Sunday’s Super Bowl in California, while actress Marlee Matlin will perform the song in American Sign Language.

This is the first high-profile appearance by Gaga this month, as the singer/actress has also been tapped to perform a tribute to David Bowie at the Grammy Awards on Feb. 15 (the show airs at 8 p.m. on CBS).

The memorial segment at the Grammys will be a “multisensory testament” to Bowie’s legacy. Nile Rodgers will serve as musical director for the performance, a nod to his decades of friendship with Bowie stemming from their ‘80s collaboration on his chart-topping “Let’s Dance” album.

On Sunday, Lady Gaga will take the field at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., before the 6:30 p.m. kickoff between the Carolina Panthers take on the Denver Broncos. The game airs on CBS and will include hours (and hours) of pre-game programming.
