As if the lineup of axe-slingers hitting the Fox Theatre later this month for the Experience Hendrix Tour weren’t luminous enough – Keb’ Mo’ has joined the team.

The renowned blues guitarist will hit the stage Feb. 27 with fellow guitar wizards Buddy Guy, Zakk Wylde, Jonny Lang, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Eric Johnson, Dweezil Zappa and others. Billy Cox, the bassist for the Jimi Hendrix Experience and Band of Gypsys, will anchor the rhythm section as the musicians tear through Hendrix classics such as “Purple Haze” and “Voodoo Child (Slight Return).”

Tickets for the 8 p.m. show are $36.50-$66.50 and can be purchased via www.foxtheatre.org, at the venue box office or by calling 1-855-285-8499.
